Description
At this speed, laser energy interacts with ink particles through a photoacoustic shockwave effect rather than thermal destruction, shattering pigment into particles small enough for the body to clear naturally, without the thermal damage that causes scarring and prolonged downtime. The 532nm wavelength targets red, orange, and warm-toned inks; 755nm addresses blues, greens, and purples; and 1064nm penetrates deeply to break down black and dark pigments resistant to shorter wavelengths.
A 7-section Korean light guide arm minimises energy loss between the laser source and the skin, while an adjustable spot size from 2mm to 10mm allows both broad coverage and precision targeting of detailed linework. Paired with an Android-based smart screen and Bluetooth connectivity, the DF Small Dolphin is as refined in its operation as it is formidable in its clinical output.
